PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a cell or tissue specific effector gene in order to establish an apoptosis induction system in Lepidoptera insects including Bombyx mori.SOLUTION: Provided are an apoptosis induction vector comprising a site-specific promoter, a mammal-derived pro-apoptosis gene subjected to direct or indirect expression regulation of the promoter, and the like in a state of being capable of expressing within Lepidoptera insect cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None
