The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing a driver from dozing off, guiding self-activity of a driver. The apparatus for preventing a driver from dozing off comprises: a sensing unit sensing a state of the driver driving a driving means to output a sensing signal; a comparison unit receiving the sensing signal and comparing the state of the driver with a reference value stored in database; and a driving unit driving a mobile phone of the driver when it is determined that the driver is fell asleep in the comparison unit.
