Systems and methods for monitoring medical procedures. Particular embodiment's relate to monitoring medical procedures performed in operating room environments through the use of various types of sensors, including for example, wireless electroencephalography (EEG) monitoring systems. Presented are systems and methods directed to a monitor medical procedures, including in particular the mental state of medical personnel associated with such procedures. Exemplary embodiment's of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for monitoring medical procedures.
