The invention relates to a dishwasher (1) designed for commercial use, which is equipped with a lift-and-tilt door, the tilting door member (11) of which can assume a further position in addition to a vertical closing position and a horizontal loading and unloading position, in which further position the door leaf (21) of the tilting door extends in the vertical direction and releases the loading and unloading opening of the dishwasher and the surface lying in front of said opening as far as possible or even completely, such that a person can access the washing chamber (5) of the dishwasher (1) through the tilting door in an unimpeded manner. The invention further relates to a securing element, which prevents inadvertent closing of the lift door if the tilting door is in the further position. |
