PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the injection time in the impregnation of an electrolyte to a wound body by providing a plurality of slender non-application parts for promoting the injection of the electrolyte on an active material layer on the surface or reverse side of a positive electrode body. SOLUTION: A positive electrode body 10 is constituted so as to provide a slurry-like positive electrode active material layer 12 and a non-application part 101 on the surface and reverse side of a strip A1 foil that is a current collector in the same pattern. A connection area 111 where the A1 oil is exposed is provided on the positive electrode body 10 in order to connect a positive electrode lead 11. The slit-like slender non-application part 101 is a void-like area where the positive electrode active material layer 12 is not present and the A1 foil that is the bed current collector is exposed. This non-application part 101 is provided in a prescribed width across the strip positive electrode body 10 so as to equally divide the positive electrode body 10 in the longitudinal direction, and both ends of the non-application part 101 are extended to about both edges of the A1 foil so that the electrolyte is easily impregnated after winding. |
