ISOXAZOLE-4-CARBOXAMIDES, PROCESS FOR THEIR PREPARATION, DRUGS CONTAINING THESE COMPOUNDS AND USE OF SUCH DRUGS

There are disclosed isoxazole-4-carboxamide derivatives of the general formula (I) wherein: R1 is H, alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, mono- or polysubstituted by F, Cl, Br or J, or a phenyl group; R2 is H, C2-3 alkenyl group or a benzyl group; R3 is a pyridyl group, mono- or polysubstituted by H, Cl Br, F or J, nitrogroup, C1-3 alkyl group, C1-3 alkoxy group or a phenyl group which is substituted by R4, R5 and R6 the meanings of which are given in the Description. There is further disclosed a process for their preparation, drugs containing these derivatives as well as their use for preparing medicaments useful in the treatment of rheumatic and cancer diseases.
