The cushion for use when sunbathing, during massage and in hospitals for people lying on their stomachs, is the minimum size of a human head. The compressibility of the pillow or cushion should not amount to more than twenty per cent, and is preferably between five and ten per cent. It is made of material which allows breathing through it, such as polyurethane foam, or inflatable PVC lined material. The pillow is at least 5CM high, 20CM long, and 20CM wide. A hole in the middle for the nose is 2-3CM deep, 6-12CM long and 2-4CM wide, six and twelve CM long and at least one CM, and preferably between two and four CM wide.
