The unreinforced full disc brake is particularly for motor vehicles. The two thrust rings (101, 102) of the expander unit are coupled together by one or more return springs (22) extending in the peripheral direction. The cage coupling the actuating rollers together has protrusions engaging roughly in the centre of the springs. The design allows turning of the cage.
