<p>PURPOSE:To completely eliminate vibration and noise by using a mechanism in which a partition blade, a rotary blade on the driving side, a rotary blade on the following side, and a rotary shaft to oscillate and turn these are designed to make a spherical movement around the center of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 1 is divided into two chambers, a compression chamber and an expansion chamber, by the partition blade 6, and the two chambers are divided further into two chambers, respectively, whose volumes are changed from zero to maximum to zero, by the rotary blades 4 and 5 on the driving and following sides. Thus, a compact rotary type fluid machine capable of simultaneously performing compressive and expansive operations can be obtained. Furthermore, since constitution working parts, e.g., the rotary blades 4 and 5 on the driving and following sides, the partition blade 6, the driving shaft 2 to oscillate and turn these blades, the following shaft 3, etc., are designed to make a spherical movement around the center O (the center of sphere) of the cylinder 1, vibration and noise can be completely eliminated even during high-speed and high-pressure operations.</p> |
