High pressure manometer for fluid distribution devices - has frustum-shaped membrane and damping bore for piston in expansion chamber

A manometer esp. for fluid distribution devices has a pressure chamber bounded by a frustum-shaped membrane loaded by a spring via a piston connected to an indication device. It is designed for higher pressure operation. The wall (7) of an expansion chamber behind the membrane has the same shape as the frustum. The end (25) of the piston (8) nearer the membrane (5) has a shape which is the mirror image of the frustum. The expansion chamber is filled with fluid, pref. oil. Its piston has a bore forming a damping gap.
