<p>Inserted between the piston (14) and the inner cylinder (12) of the shock absorber there is, according to Fig. 1, a plastic ring (22) with a rectangular cross-section and a low coefficient of friction. This ring (22) rests in a groove (20) with a cylindrical bottom which is arranged on the radially outer convex surface of the piston (14). The side faces (28) of the groove (20) spread apart radially. The width of the ring (22) in the longitudinal direction of the piston (14) is between the maximum and minimum clearance of the side faces (28). <IMAGE></p> |
