PURPOSE:To diagnose an abnormality accurately and smoothly by making an abnormal state held temporarily and by deciding the abnormality in accordance with the results of searches on the lower side. CONSTITUTION:By the observation of an abnormal phenomenon 9-b, the possibility of abnormal phenomena 9-d and 9-e is found through logic processing 11-b. While these phenomena 9-d and 9-e are held, phenomena on the lower side are further observed in the same way through logic processings 11-c and 11-d on the lower side. Observations on the lower side are conducted seqnentially in the same way, and based thereon, an abnormality is decided. By this constitution, the faulty exclusion of abnormal phenomena and routes is eliminated, and thus an accurate and smooth diagnosis of the abnormality is performed. |
