PURPOSE:To raise the accuracy of a fitting surface of optical parts, and to improve the optical accuracy by fixing a member having a position setting part of the almost same shape as a part to which the optical parts contact, to a supporting member, and providing a member having an elastic part for holding the optical parts, on the position setting member or the supporting member. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 1 is constituted so as to support optical parts such as a laser unit 2, a rotary polyhedral mirror 3, lenses 4, 5 and 6, etc. Also, the optical parts such as the lens 6, etc., are supported by a position setting member 10 and a holding member 11. The member 10 is constituted so that its position is set by a position setting part 10a of the almost same shape as a part or the whole of the part 6a, etc., to which the optical parts such as the lens 6, etc. contact. The holding member 11 is attached to a pre scribed part of the member 10 by an adhesive means such as a screw, a machine screw, etc., and constituted so as to support the optical parts whose position is set by the member 10 by its elastic part 11a. In this way, by constituting the member 10, of a different member from a member 1, a complicated shape of a position setting part 10b can be worked with a high accuracy. |
