CONSTITUTION:At the time of executing the maintenance work of an alarm collecting device 10, to a work schedule table 23, 10 of the address of the alarm collecting device 10 is registered in an alarm collecting device address column, and, for example, one day 9 o'clock - 12 o'clock of a work date is registered in a work date column. When the alarm signal is inputted, at an alarm monitor 20, a composing device address table 21 is seen by a masking processing means 25, a recognition as to which alarm collecting device systems the address of the alarm signal inputted at present belongs to is executed, next, the work schedule table 23 is seen, whether the alarm collecting device is in the middle of the work or not is seen, and the alarm signal is masked when it is in the middle of the work.
