PURPOSE:To make it possible to freely form a wire material into a circular coil without using a molding shaft by a method wherein an adjusting roller, with which the outside diameter of the circular coil which sets the entering angle of a wire material to the second roller pair, is provided in the middle of the first roller pair which sends out the wire material and the second roller pair with which the wire material is formed into the circular coil. CONSTITUTION:The first roller pair 1 with which a wire material 5 is sent out, the second roller pair 2 with which the wire material 5 is formed into a circular coil, a pressure-adjusting pin 3 which adjusts the pinching force of the two sets of roller pair, a rotation angle detector 8 which detects the length of the fed wire material, and a circular coil outside diameter adjusting roller 4, with which the entering angle of the wire material 5 to the second roller pair 2 is set, are provided on the title molding device. The outside diameter adjusting roller 4 is moved in vertical direction, and a circular coil having the prescribed diameter is molded by changing the angle of the wire material entering into the second roller pair 2. As a result, the change in the outside diameter and the wire diameter of the wire material can be coped with when the wire material is formed into a ring shape. |
