NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R1 is fluorine-substituted lower alkyl; A1 is (cyclic) ammonio]. EXAMPLE:7beta-[2-(5-Amino-1, 2, 4-thiadizol-3-yl)-(Z)-2-fluoromethoxyimino acetamido]-3-[(E)-3-[(R)-1-carbamoyl-2-hydroxyethyl) dimethyl ammonio]-1- propenyl]-3-cephem-4-carboxylate. USE:An antibacterial agent for Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II, compound having COO<-> thereof protected with a protecting group or salt thereof is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III, compound having the amino group thereof protected with a protecting group, reactive derivative at its carboxyl group or salt thereof and, as necessary, the protecting groups are removed. |
