PURPOSE:To obtain the title milk not causing separation and deterioration of milk component at normal temperature for a long period of time, having no change of color and taste even by heating with hot venders, by packing a mixture of coffee solution adjusted to a specific pH and raw material milk into a container, sealing and sterilizing under heating. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a coffee solution adjusted to pH7.2-7.5 and raw material coffee is packed into a container, sealed and sterilized under heating preferably at 123-125 deg.C for 30-40 minutes to give the aimed milk. |
