PURPOSE:To obtain shoe having economical sole without generating burrs by sealing lip portions and coatings of insteps. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized rubber tape 2 is bonded to the lower periphery 11 of an instep coat suspended by a last 7. Lip parts 51, 51 of side molds 5, 5 are pressed to bite lip parts 51, 51 side faces of the rubber tape 2 after the above rubber tape 2 is vulcanized, thereby a cavity 0 for forming a sole being formed by the side molds 5, 5, and a bottom mold 6. A sole forming material 3' is injected and introduced to the sole forming cavity 0, which is made of unvulcanized rubber. This material is vulcanized, pressed to form a sole 3 made of rubber through vulcanization below the instep coat 1 and the lower side of the rubber tape 2 is pressed and bonded to the instep coat 1. Since the spaces between the lip parts 51, 51 of the side molds 5, 5 and the instep coat are sealed by the semi-cured rubber tape 2, cutting of the instep coat is prevented at the lip parts of the side molds and burs are prevented from protruding from parts between the lip parts and the instep coat. |
