PURPOSE:To perform molding within a short time and to reduce the configurational restriction of a three-dimensional model to a large extent by a method wherein liquid droplets of a photo-setting resin are emitted from an ink jet head while a mesh sheet is pressed to the cross-section of a resin model on the way of molding to be adhered to the mesh sheet. CONSTITUTION:An order is issued to an ink jet head 17 from a host computer 11 through a driving control part 12 and the photo-setting resin received in the corresponding tank 23 is emitted through a pump to be laminated to a molding stage 31 at every one layer and irradiated by the light from a light source 32 to be cured. The molding stage 31 is shifted by the distance corresponding to one layer through a Z-direction movement control apparatus 15 while lamination/curing is performed at every one layer. In a stage completed in lamination by a predetermined thickness, a mesh sheet 33 composed of the same material as the above mentioned resin material is arranged on the laminate on the way of molding and lamination is further continued. The molding of a molded product is completed by the emission of the resin from an ink jet 20. |
