PURPOSE:To save the hardware quantity of an order wire except for a line concentration station by utilizing the talking test among the line concentration station, a radio station, a relay station and a subscriber station, using a talking channel provided fixedly in the direction of a line concentration station and attaining a line connection request for the speech test from the order wire. CONSTITUTION:A stationary speech channel is provided among order wires 8-10 connecting to each station to a part of control data between a CPU 5 of a line station 2 and CPUs 6, 7 of a relay station 4. Order wires 9, 10 of each radio station or the relay station 4 monitor the speech channel of a reception signal from the order wire of other station and when the speech channel is idle, a DTMF tone is inputted, converted into a PCM signal while the speech channel is made busy to obtain a line connection request signal for the speech test. Thus, the hardware of the order wire is decreased to a required minimum value. |
