PURPOSE:To reduce power cost by mounting a degassing tank and a carbonator tank and holding carbon dioxide in the carbonator tank to predetermined pressure. CONSTITUTION:Treated water is struck against the surface of the liquid in a degassing tank 24 as a jet stream by a jet nozzle 5 and the air in the treated water is substituted with carbon dioxide. The expelled air is discharged to the atmosphere along with the carbon dioxide in the degassing tank 24 from a continuous gas purger 18. The treated water having absorbed carbon dioxide is sent to a proportioner 6 by a water pump 3 and mixed with syrup in a specified ratio. The liquid mixture is sent to a plate cooler 9 to be cooled and sent to a carbonator tank 21. The pressure in the carbonator tank 21 is held at a certain pressure by a pressure controller 14 and a pressure control valve 16. By this constitution, a structure becomes simple and cost reduction can be achieved. |
