PURPOSE: A braking force adjusting apparatus of a brake system is provided to control depression accurately and finely, and to improve reliability and stability by operating a load sensing proportioning valve with electrical signals according to load in braking. CONSTITUTION: A braking force control device of a brake system is composed of vehicle height sensors(10) installed at both sides of a vehicle to detect the position of the vehicle height sensor according to load and deceleration during traveling and output a signal; an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(20) calculating a hydraulic adjusting point to decrease braking force of rear wheels according to load and deceleration in braking, and output a control signal; and a motor(30) moving a piston rod(5) of a load sensing proportioning valve by turning according to the control signal from the ECU, and to decrease braking force of rear wheels according to load and deceleration. Gears are formed in shafts of the motor, and shafts are connected to a motor shaft and the piston rod to convert rotation of the motor into linear motion of the piston rod. Reliability and stability are improved with controlling braking force accurately according to load.
