A set for forming multipart forms or envelopes, comprising continuous webs designed to be cut along transverse cutting lines so as to constitute individual multipart forms or envelopes. Each individual multipart form or envelope comprises a base sheet obtained by cutting up a continuous web, forming part of the set, along the cutting lines, this web being provided, at least on one edge, with a drive strip, a top sheet, obtained by cutting up a continuous upper web, forming part of the set, along the cutting lines, this web not having any drive strip, and at least one interpolated sheet which does not extend longitudinally as far as the cutting lines and does not extend transversally as far as a first edge of the top sheet. A first longitudinal line of adhesive is situated along the first edge of the top sheet, and secures the latter to the base sheet. Transverse lines of adhesive situated along the cutting lines, secure to one another the base and top sheets, the interpolated sheet or sheets being free with respect to the first longitudinal line of adhesive and to the transverse lines of adhesive. The base and top sheets are bonded directly to one another without interposition of other sheets in the first longitudinal line of adhesive and the transverse lines of adhesive.
