PURPOSE:To set an optimum parameter suited to the use of a building by seeking the traffic demand of the time zone designated by a user and evaluating the group management control response inference results to traffic demand with the inference evaluation parameter converted from the demand of the user. CONSTITUTION:A group management controller 1 acquires the traffic demand made at every fixed time of the time of, for example, a building designated by a user, and a study controller 1-1 evaluates the group management control response inference result to traffic demand with a inference evaluation parameter converted from the inputted request of the user. This device makes it display the inference result after evaluation, and when this judges that it fulfills the request of the user, this changes the inference result evaluation parameter suited to the optimum inference result. The system sides selects the optimum inference result having reflected the request of the user by evaluating the group control response inference result with the changed evaluation index, and makes it perform hall call allotment control, using the control parameter suited to this inference result as a control parameter. |
