<p>A gray water reclamation system (10) is disclosed. The system includes a gray water filter (64) and a gray water conduit (38) for receiving exclusively gray water from at least one houselhold source (12, 16, 20, 32) and passively delivering the gray water through the gray water filter (64) to remove impurities therefrom. Filtered water is temporarily stored in an underground tank (40). A sensing apparatus such as a pressure tank (112) determines when gray water is required for outside irrigation or for inside appliances such as an inside toilet (24). Pumps (82 and 84) are directed to transmit water from the tank (40) to either irrigation or, after further filtering in filter (101) to appliances in need of water such as toilet (24).</p> |
