PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetically sealed microwave container which has a microwave port high in reflection loss and low in insertion loss and a low frequency port for suppressing resonance to predetermined microwave frequency or under. SOLUTION: This microwave container possesses a housing 21 having a wall 32 to form a chamber 22, a microwave opening 36 made through the wall 32, and a microwave transmission line 34 passing the opening 36 of the wall 32, and a microwave transmission line 34 includes first and second microstrip parts 42 and 44 and a strip line part 46 for connecting these microstrip parts 42 and 44. This strip line part 46 is positioned in such condition that it is inserted and sealed in the opening 36. |
