PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable formed of non-halogen system insulation material fire resistant and excellent in elongation, by containing a non-halogenic composition and a fire resisting agent in the insulation material. SOLUTION: The periphery of a copper conductor 1 is coated with an insulator 2, and a wire 3 is formed. Next, a pair of this wire 3 is stranded and a paired standed wire 4 is formed. Further, a large number of this paired stranded wire 4 are bundled, to be formed by coating the periphery of a multidouble standed wire with a collective sheath 5. Here, the insulator 2 includes a non- halogenous composition mixed with polyphenylene oxide PPO of fire resisting substance in an elastomer (80/20 to 50/50 composition ratio) and a fire resisting agent. Here, for improving elongation with fire resistance left as held of the PPO, an elatomer having a styrene block is used to be mixed in the PPO. In a material of the collective sheath 5, a non-halogenous fire resistant composition, adding 1 to 300 pts.wt. halogenous fire resisting agent relating to 100 pts.wt. ethylenic polymer, is used. In this way, a cable of non-halogen system insulation material, excellent in fire resistance and elongation, is obtained. |
