PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick experiment evaluation in a design stage, and in addition, to enable the many-sided and quantitative evaluation of the work load of an operator, etc., by manufacturing an operation control console by way of trial as software by using CAD. SOLUTION: A design data base 3 is constructed by executing the editing of design data by a design data editing device 5. Next, in order to execute the evaluation of a designed man-machine interface(MMIF), the simulation of a plant characteristic is executed by a plant simulating device 7. An MMIF simulating device 9 reads the design data of the design data base 3 through the design date editing device 5, and executes the simulation of the MMIF by computer graphics, etc. A human behavior simulating device 11 inputs the simulation data of the MMIF from the MMIF simulating device 9, and executes the simulation of a human behavior characteristic. A human behavior evaluating device 13 evaluates the characteristic of human behavior simulated by the human behavior simulating device 11 by using a behavior evaluation standard data base 15. |
