A housing formed (20) from a plurality of pieces (2-6) each of lightweight inherently weak material. The pieces (2-6) being coated on at least one side by a sheet material (7). The pieces (2-6) are positioned in a first configuration and spaced apart by a predetermined spacing (19) prior to being coated and the sheet material (7) extends over the predetermined spaces to form a hinge (15) about which the pieces (2-6) are folded into a second configuration to form the housing (20).
