A detecting control apparatus of demand power supply is capable of establishing and changing data without address code. The apparatus includes a pulse converting unit(100) for generating a pulse corresponding to a consumed power upon receipt of the power quantity used by a load, a pulse input processor(101) for removing a noise from the pulse signal transmitted from the pulse converting unit and outputting it, a key input unit(105) for setting data, ROM and RAM(103) storing a program required for controlling power supply, an operator(102) for operating various power quantity on the basis of the values transmitted from the pulse input processor and displaying the operation result on a display unit, a time generating unit(104) for supplying a reference time, data and calendar o the operator, a first output control unit(107) for controlling an output from a load, warning and a printer under the control of the operator, a second output control unit(111) for selecting a load to be cut among the plural connected loads upon receipt of the load control signal, a switching control unit(115) for controlling of cutting off and injecting for an arbitrary corresponding load according to the output from the second output control unit, and a print output unit(112) for printing according to the printer control output.
