<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to specify an object in a screen while removing an operation part for inputting information other than position information. SOLUTION: Position information on a pointer indicating an arbitrary position on the display screen is inputted from a pointer position input means 1 and on the basis of this input information, a shift in the position of the painter from a specific area set in relation to the object on the display screen is detected by a pointer area passage detecting means 2. On the basis of the output of the pointer position input means 1, the position of the pointer from the pointer position input means 1 is stored in a pointer position storage means 3, a gesture recognizing means 4 recognizes track information on the painter from the pointer position storage means 3 and detect featured movement of the pointer in the specific area, and a process part 5 receives operation input other than the position information to perform corresponding operation.</p> |
