<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cartridge to keep always the same attitude, to smoothly load/unload the cartridge, to obtain always the constant pinch pressure and to allow the adjustment of tape tension also in a cartridge fixing device. SOLUTION: The sufficient contact pressure between a pinch-roller 2 in the cartridge 1 and a capstan motor 9 at the side of a tape driving device is obtained in such a manner that the cartridge 1 is fixed in the state rotated by the amount of a minute gap with guides 5a, 5b around a stopper 11 for the cartridge 1 provided in the tape driving device, and also an information recording tape 3 is guided by a guide roller 25 arranged with the stopper 11. Meanwhile, the rotation of this cartridge 1 is obtained by slightly shifting the mounting positions of cartridge clamps 13a, 13b.</p> |
