PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a gas insulated witch gear by providing a reinforcing body which is formed into an annular shape in parallel to the opening peripheral end part of a fitting plate back surface, and whose peripheral end part is weld-fixed in a gas-tight condition at its back surface. SOLUTION: An opening 16 is formed at a fitting plate 25 with small plate thickness of a gas container 1, where a plate body 18 is applied to its peripheral end part through a packing 20. Bolts 22 inserted in respective through-holes 21 of the plate body 18 is screwed in a plurality of threaded holes 26 formed by being penetrated into the peripheral end part of the opening 16, whose front end part is guided inward from the fitting plate 25, so that the plate body 18 is fitted onto the fitting plate 25. A reinforcing plate 27 of U-shaped cross-section which is formed by bending both sides of a long plate, is formed into an annular shape in parallel to both the sides, and the upper and lower parts of the peripheral end part of the opening 16 at the back surface of the fitting plate 25 with both the ends of it being blocked by end plates. The peripheral end part of the reinforcing body 27 is weld-fixed at the back surface of the fitting plate 25 in a gas-tight condition by covering the front end parts of respective bolts 22, so that the connecting part of the reinforcing plate 27 is weld- fixed in a gas-tight condition. It is thus possible to reduce the weight of a gas insulated switch gear by reducing the thickness of the fitting plate. |
