PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal handy phone system(PHS) terminal that is used as a slave set for a plurality of private base stations without registration change and the private base stations that manage efficiently the slave set. SOLUTION: In the case of registering a private base station, whether or not registration data are already in existence is confirmed (S100). As a result, when other registration data are not in existence, a head of a registration data write area is selected (S102) and when registration data are already in existence, a registration data write area is updated (S104). When the write area is not fully occupied (S106), data of the private base station sent from a private base station making registration are registered (S108) to confirm whether or not the registration is normal (S110). When the registration is made normally, the registration processing is finished (S114). In the case that the write area is fully occupied and no write processing is available, information of the fully occupied registration areas is displayed (S112) and the registration processing is finished (S114).
