PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a particle substance in a uniform length by continuously making the particle substances having a length equivalent to an interval between dice and a belt in such a way that plastic is pushed out of a lot of small holes of the dice in a stringy shape and a stringy body is touched to the belt moving in parallel to the dice to be cut like a particle. SOLUTION: In an extruding forming machine 1, medical plastics is thrown into a hopper 4, and is kneaded by a screw 5a in a kneading section 5, air and water are made vacuous at a gas removing section 6, and the plastics after removing gas is compressed by a screw 7a at a compressing section 7 is conveyed to a lower side, and the plastics in half hardened condition is pushed out of small holes of dice 8 in a stringy shape. In a cutting machine 2, plural pieces of a stringy shape body R pushed out of the dice 8 are touched to an endless belt 9 moving in parallel to the dice 8 and are cut like a particle. Particles P having a length equivalent to an interval between the dice 8 and the belt 9 are conveyed by the belt 9 and collected at a collecting box 3. |
