摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing non-offset property and light transmittance and durable stability by incorporating a graft polymer obtained by allowing a specified compound of specified molecular weight to react with a polymerizable monomer. SOLUTION: This electrostatic charge image developing toner contains a graft polymer obtained by allowing a compound represented by formula: CH2 =C (CH3 )-COO-R and having molecular weight of 150-40,000 to react with a polymerizable monomer. In the formal, R is an organic group such as a residual group of a polymer or of copolymer consisting of a vinyl monomer or a polydimethylsilozane residue. The compound of the formula has a number average molecular weight of 150-40,000, preferably, 400-30, 000 and it is dispersed in the amount of 5-70 weight parts to 100 wt. parts of the monomer composition (the polymerizable monomer) into a dispersion phase.</p>
