<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination sensor resistant to disturbance such as vibration for operating fine angle detection for controlling the attitude of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This device is provided with two pairs of optical interrupters 42 and 43 for reading angle detection slits 22 arranged with equal intervals in a circumferential direction of a slit board 2 provided so as to be rotatable around a shaft 3 by shifting a phase at 90 deg., and a pair of optical interrupters 41 for reading the signal of 0 deg.. Thus, an angle signal with high resolution can be digitally obtained. Thus, the influence of disturbance other than gravity can be reduced, the angle signal with high resolution can be digitally obtained, and miniaturization can be attained.</p> |
