PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment apparatus in which a treatment part is prevent from warping from a reference position in a direction opposite to a preset rotating direction and an operating member for the operation of rotating the treatment part is prevented from curling. SOLUTION: This medical treatment apparatus includes: an insertion part 12 for insertion into an organism; a treatment part 6 rotatably placed at the tip of the insertion part 12; an operating member 11 passed into the insertion part 12 in such a way as to be capable of moving back and forth; link mechanisms 7, 10 for linking the operating member 11 with the treatment part 6 and converting the back-and-forth movement of the operating member 11 into the rotary movement of the treatment part 6 to rotate the treatment part 6 in a preset treatment direction A; and a rotation regulating means which holds the treatment part 6 in a predetermined reference position and regulates rotation of the treatment part 6 from the reference position in a direction opposite to the treatment direction. The rotation regulating means consists of an engaging part 18 disposed at the tip of the operating member to move back and forth along with the operating member, and an engaged part 20 disposed on the rear end face of the treatment part and engaged with the engaging part when the treatment part is in the reference position. |
