PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit which has high gain and wide band and which is a current feeding type and which has an high potential input and suppresses even an input offset by providing an input stage with a transistor having high impedance, serially connecting folded cascode stages in two columns and providing an output stage with a transistor, where an electrode is connected to a constant current source. SOLUTION: PMOSs 21 to 23 and NMOSs 31 to 33 constitute a simple reference bias voltage generation circuit and it supplies reference bias voltages VB21 to VB23. Then a n input stage consists of NMOSs 34 and 35 having high input impedance. Also a 1st stage folded cascode stage consisting of the NMOSs 34 and 35 and PMOSs 26 and 27 is connected serially to a 2nd stage folded cascode stage, consisting of the PMOSs 26 and 27 and NMOSs 39 and 40. Furthermore, an output stage is constituted of an inverted amplifier consisting of a PMOS 30 and an NMOS 41.
