PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bearing loss by disposing grooves extending in the rotary shaft direction as rotary side magnetic members, attaching an annulus ring shaped magnetic steel plate on an outer periphery of the rotary shaft as an axial direction laminating body, or sharing both members. SOLUTION: A rotor core 2 disposed on an outer peripheral part of a rotary shaft 1 is a magnetic body formed integratedly with the rotary shaft 1, and is provided with axial direction grooves 2a extending in the axial direction. The grooves 2a have the same width at equal clearances along a circumference of the shaft 1, and land parts 2b disposed at equal clearances are formed. In a work method for the grooves 2a, such a fine linear groove work that index is carried out, grinding work is carried out with bite and a grinding wheel, and gear cutting, discharging, and etching works are carried out, is adapted. In the case where the grooves 2a are not uniform and not parallel, the magnitude of eddy current is fluctuated in each land part 2b, and rotary fluctuation is caused. However, indexing is enabled with high accuracy. Since a rotary side magnetic member in a path of eddy current is insulated in the circumferential direction in an axial direction groove, hardly eddy current is generated, and bearing loss is remarkably suppressed in a small level.
