PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To periodically operate the print of only the updated web page of an internet by providing a communicating mechanism with a network at a printer main body without connecting this printer device with a PC. SOLUTION: A printer 113 manages a power source state by a power source timer managing part 106 according to a schedule inputted from a user information inputting part 104 by a user, and stored in a user set information storing part 105, and performs access to a URL set by the user by a URL inputting part 102 at a time set by the user by a schedule inputting part 101 by using an internet communicating part 111, and obtains page information. The obtained page information is compared with page information stored in a page update information storing part 107, and when the page information is updated, this is temporarily preserved in a page information temporarily storing part 109, and the web page information is interrupted by a print managing part 110, and printed by a printing part 112 as necessary based on setting inputted by the user from a print setting inputting part 103.
