PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize a compilation result in the generation of content information using an MHEG authoring tool and to improve operability for compilation by generating and outputting display information as a token setting screen with an object used in one scene as a target. SOLUTION: An information processing means generating and outputting display information as a token setting screen where a setting operation on a token with an object used in one scene as a target can be executed by a graphical user interface(GUI) and generating token control information based on a setting situation on the token obtained by an operation against the token setting screen is provided. In the processor, a ground station 1 multiplexes and transmits information transmitted from a television program material server 6, a GUI data server 9 and the like. The GUI data server 9 supplies GUI data for forming a GUI screen used for the operation by a user.
