PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a housing by connecting an exhaust port made at the upper part of an electronic unit with an exhaust port made at the ceiling part of the housing through a duct member, thermally shielding heated exhaust air from the housing and the air in the housing thereby eliminating noise of a fan and saving cost. SOLUTION: A rectangular exhaust port is made in the top plate of a housing 1 at a position corresponding to the vertically upper part of exhaust ports 21, 21 made at the upper part of electronic units 10, 10. The exhaust port is connected with the exhaust ports 21, 21 through rectangular synthetic resin duct members 3A, 3B to form exhaust air passages 4A, 4B. The joint between the inlet side of the exhaust air passages 4A, 4B and the exhaust ports 21, 21 and the joint between the outlet side of the exhaust air passages 4A, 4B and the exhaust ports 1A, 1B made in the top plate of a housing 1 are sealed with packing, or the like, and airtigtness is sustained by isolating the air in the housing 1 from the air in the exhaust passages 4A, 4B.
