PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress propagation of vibration from cabinets to a speaker unit and to reduce deterioration of sound quality even when the vibration propagates by fixing the circumference of a speaker unit with the ribs of two semi-cylindrical cases being different in material quality and holding the two cases between the cabinets to fix them. SOLUTION: The speaker unit 6 is held between the lower case 8 and the upper case 7 and supported. The upper case 7 is made of a transparent acrylic resin and the lower case 8 of a thermoplastic resin such as ABS or PP. The upper and lower cases 7 and 8 for holding the speaker unit 6 are held between the lower cabinet 10 and the upper cabinet 9 and supported. Since part of the transparent upper case 7 is exposed, a vibration diaphragm 6d can be viewed from just a side part. Moreover, the speaker unit 6 is firmly supported by the upper and lower cases 7 and 8 being different in material quality. Then a natural vibration frequency of a base material is divided and deterioration in sound quality owing to the vibration of the cases is reduced.
