A dispatching/delivery planning device using a probability dispatching/delivery plan capable of efficient visits to visiting places, comprising a required time distribution operation unit (1) for operating a required time distribution, an earlier arrival/delay penalty operation unit (2) for operating earlier arrivals and delay penalties, a total cost operation unit (3) for operating a total cost needed to visit all the customers, a visiting sequence determining unit (4) for setting a customer visiting sequence so as to minimize a total cost under a preset condition, and an arithmetic and control unit (5) for controlling each of the units. Earlier arrivals and delay penalties are operated based on a required time distribution which is a probability of increase/decrease in required time, and a truck allocation and customer visiting sequence are set in consideration of the operated results, therefore, the plan is hardly affected by unexpected accidents such as traffic accidents. |
