PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-speed and appropriate switching of laser power and to simplify circuit constitution. SOLUTION: A laser drive signal from a stabilizing means 19 outputting a laser drive signal so that laser power outputted from a laser output means 4 is stabilized is level-switched by a laser power switching means 24 in accordance with plural laser power modes and supplied to a laser drive means 18. Thereby, laser beam output in laser power in accordance with each laser power mode is performed. Thus, switching of a stabilizing circuit for switching laser power is not required. |
