PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize operation by suppressing interference of noise current between switching elements and generation of noise even when the switching elements are disposed contiguously to each other. SOLUTION: A lead part 25b is disposed between the switching elements Q101, Q102 of a high frequency circuit 103 and the switching element Q103 of a drive circuit and connected with a negative electrode side pattern 21 formed on a printed board 20. The lead part 25b serves as a shield means for preventing interference of high frequency noise currents Ix flowing from the adjacent switching elements Q101-Q103 to a metal plate 55 through the parasitic capacitance of insulators 17, 19. Operation can be stabilized by suppressing interference of noise current between the switching elements Q101-Q103 and generation of noise even when the difference of working current or working frequency is significant between the switching elements disposed contiguously to each other. |
