PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience such as reproducing an animation with omission of a certain kind of data, and reproducing an animation with many frame omission even when reproducing various animation data with diversified complexity by an animation reproducing terminal having various processing capacity. SOLUTION: When reproducing the animation data stored in a data storage part 11, a data evaluating part 21 evaluates complexity of the animation data before reproducing the animation data, and determines whether or not the animation data can be smoothly reproduced by an animation reproducing part 12. When determined that the animation data of an evaluation object cannot be reproduced still in its state due to a shortage of the function or processing capacity of the animation reproducing part 12, the data evaluating part 21 informs a user of the unreproducible effect without reproducing the animation data by the animation reproducing part 12.
