PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immobilize a useful protein, for example, a glycosyltransferase onto the surface of a yeast cell without deteriorating its enzyme activity. SOLUTION: This fusion gene expression vector is characterized by comprising a fusion gene that contains a gene encoding a useful protein bound downstream of a gene encoding a yeast cell wall protein. This transformant yeast is transformed with the fusion gene expression vector. This immobilized enzyme is obtained by immobilizing the expressed useful protein on a yeast cell wall.
