<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption and heating value of a system by transferring data without changing a transfer efficiency while reducing the clock number of a bus. <P>SOLUTION: The clock number of a signal is changed according to a condition preset by examining the using state of the system bus and the processing route of data to be transferred.
